Technology that redefines wood
The B:hard technology is based on the fusion of a thin wood panel with a wood fibre core using a powder mixture layer. The powder mixture fills the natural openings in the wood perfectly and improves the appearance of the wood. In addition, putty is no longer required and the result is a firmer surface with a hardness that is significantly higher than a conventional layer of solid oak.

By using sawn wood instead of solid wood, ten times the amount of flooring can be produced with the same amount of sawn wood.
In addition, we collect our raw material from responsibly managed forests. This sustainable way of harvesting and producing means that the forest is also available for future generations.

B:hard offers the possibility of enhancing these unique properties by combining different wood panel qualities with powder mixtures in various colours. After pressing, the floor coverings are surface-treated, which opens up further design possibilities. Simple installation with a secure click
The 5G® Click system secures the installation with a visible and audible locking function. When a panel is folded down, a flexible tongue is pressed into a keyway. Once the panel has reached its final position, the locking tongue snaps into a keyway, emits a click and locks the product vertically.
Innovative backing material for the highest demands
The problems associated with traditional substrate materials such as spruce or plywood are a thing of the past – swelling and shrinkage, marking of the strips on the top lamella and poor heat transfer with underfloor heating are a non-issue with Compositek™! It is the alternative to conventional substrate materials and has lower thickness swelling, a significantly higher density and contains less formaldehyde.
